Before rebranding as Centerstone, the clinic operated as Burrell Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of healthcare organization Brightli. They treat substance use and co-occurring mental health needs and offer adult C-STAR treatment and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). They welcome clients Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

Guiding Recovery and Community Living

Centerstone treats alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, opioids, heroin, methamphetamine, and other substances while supporting clients with co-occurring anxiety, anger, bipolar disorder, depression, stress, trauma, and work or school concerns through intensive outpatient programming (IOP), individual, group and family counseling, case management, and support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). For clients who need additional support, the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation (CPR) program provides daily services that build life skills, strengthen self-care practices, and promote independence while clients continue living in their own homes.
