Located along Schaible Lake Park, Centerstone provides outpatient behavioral healthcare across its Bradford Parkway campus. Adults and youth can access counseling, outpatient therapy, group services, autism services, and intensive outpatient (IOP) care. They also offer psychological testing, forensic evaluations, and neuropsychological evaluations. Offices operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and close on weekends.

Therapy, Autism, and Intensive Care

They provide adult and youth outpatient behavioral health, group therapy, counseling, and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. The autism service also operates from Building B and includes counseling, Children and Family services, autism care, and intensive outpatient treatment. These programs allow clients to attend scheduled behavioral health services while continuing to live at home.

Testing and Evaluation Services

The 1350 E. Bradford Parkway office provides adult and youth therapy, group services, psychological testing, forensic evaluations, and neuropsychological evaluations. Children and Family services are also available. Centerstone participates in many federal, state, and private insurance programs across its network, but clients should confirm plan coverage and costs for these specific services before scheduling.
