About Centerstone - Piedmont
Near downtown Piedmont, the clinic provides substance use and co-occurring mental health recovery support for adults. Formerly known as Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health (SEMOBH), the clinic operated as a subsidiary of healthcare organization Brightli before officially rebranding as Centerstone. They offer on-site parking for clients and visitors and operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Guiding Recovery and Community Living
Centerstone treats alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, opioids, heroin, methamphetamine, and other substances while supporting clients with co-occurring anxiety, anger, bipolar disorder, depression, stress, trauma, and work or school concerns through intensive outpatient programming (IOP), individual, group and family counseling, case management, and support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). For clients who need additional support, the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation (CPR) program provides daily services that build life skills, strengthen self-care practices, and promote independence while clients continue living in their own homes.
