About Centerstone - Farmington - Weber Road
Previously operating as Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health (SEMOBH), a Brightli subsidiary, the clinic now operates as Centerstone. They treat substance use and co-occurring mental health needs and offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as part of their services. They welcome clients Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Guiding Recovery and Community Living
Centerstone treats alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, opioids, heroin, methamphetamine, and other substances while supporting clients with co-occurring anxiety, anger, bipolar disorder, depression, stress, trauma, and work or school concerns through intensive outpatient programming (IOP), individual, group and family counseling, case management, and support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). For clients who need additional support, the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation (CPR) program provides daily services that build life skills, strengthen self-care practices, and promote independence while clients continue living in their own homes.

Center Overview

Supportive Medication for Recovery
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach that pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling to treat addiction. The medications are used to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, or block the effects of substances. More about MAT
Methadone
Naltrexone
Buprenorphine
Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
