Helping people of all ages seek recovery, Centerstone is a nonprofit health system that provides outpatient treatment and support for substance use. This location also offers the S.P.I.R.I.T. School Initiative, or School-based Prevention, Intervention, and Resources Initiative, a comprehensive school-based substance use and violence prevention curriculum that helps youth build learning readiness and receive early intervention.

Guiding Recovery and Community Living

Centerstone treats alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, opioids, heroin, methamphetamine, and other substances while supporting clients with co-occurring anxiety, anger, bipolar disorder, depression, stress, trauma, and work or school concerns through intensive outpatient programming (IOP), individual, group and family counseling, case management, and support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
