About Centerstone Carrollton - Harvest Hills
Serving Carroll County from its Harvest Hills location, Centerstone brings counseling, psychiatry, community support, and comprehensive assessments into one behavioral health program. Clients can walk in for an assessment or schedule an appointment, while Children and Family services also include virtual visits, in-home counseling, and school-based care.
Counseling and Psychiatric Care
Counselors meet with clients individually, in groups, and with family members, while psychiatric services include evaluation, medication management, and treatment for depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, PTSD, and ADHD. Substance use care ranges from early intervention and outpatient counseling to intensive outpatient services (IOP). Clients referred to IOP participate in at least 9 treatment hours each week, with individual and group counseling, peer support, case management, or wraparound services included in treatment.
Services for Children and Families
Children and Family programming includes early childhood services, parenting support, autism and intellectual disability services starting at age 3, teen health education, and therapeutic intervention. Centerstone also provides school-based therapy for children and adolescents whose emotional, behavioral, or social concerns affect functioning at school and home. Family counseling brings parents, partners, children, siblings, and other family members into sessions to address relationships and mental health concerns.
