About Centerstone - Buffalo – S. Ash
At the intersection of U.S. Highway 65 and Missouri Highway 32, Centerstone’s Buffalo clinic provides outpatient behavioral health care to Dallas County. Services include therapy, counseling, medication management, community support, and substance use recovery treatment for adults and children. Clients can meet with therapists in person or use a dedicated telehealth space for additional care.
Finding Support for Life’s Challenges
Therapists address depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, trauma, stress, and other challenges that affect daily life. Adults who need more intensive addiction treatment can enroll in the intensive outpatient program (IOP), while outpatient intervention services connect clients with peer support and case management.
Practicing Self-Care and Everyday Skills
The community psychiatric rehabilitation (CPR) program delivers daily, community-based services while participants continue living in their own homes. Participants build life skills, strengthen wellness and self-care practices, and develop support systems through the program. The Buffalo clinic also offers psychosocial rehabilitation and group-based educational opportunities.
