About Utah Behavior Services - Lehi East Center
Serving families across Utah County, Utah Behavior Services - Lehi East Center supports children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with autism and mental health needs. They treat attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and bipolar conditions through clinic-based, in-home, and telehealth care, day treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP) services, evaluations, therapy, and psychiatric medication management.
Shape Treatment Around Needs
Utah Behavior Services’ approach connects applied behavior analysis (ABA) with mental health treatment and family involvement, helping clients strengthen communication, emotional regulation, social, and daily living skills. Their clinicians match therapy to individual needs through approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and neurofeedback.
Link Care Across Systems
At Lehi East Center, child-focused care adds play, art, structured skill-building, and parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) to help younger children engage in treatment in developmentally appropriate ways. Caregivers receive regular check-ins and strategies they can practice at home, while clinicians can connect therapy with ABA, psychological testing, or psychiatric care when needs overlap. In-home ABA also works on routines such as toileting, mealtimes, sleep, and family life where they occur.
