About Helping Ourselves Pursue Enrichment Tucson Center
Helping Ourselves Pursue Enrichment (HOPE) Tucson Center offers peer-driven, community-based services for adults 18 and older living with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. As part of HOPE, Incorporated’s licensed outpatient centers, the Tucson location provides a safe, structured place to work on recovery goals. Services include case management, coordination of care, independent living skills training, transportation, health & wellness, substance use education, and pre-employment support.
Receive Individual and Group Therapy
Therapy at HOPE Tucson Center is delivered in a peer-driven, holistic setting. Licensed therapists provide individual sessions for depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. Group therapy promotes shared experiences and supports symptom management, resiliency, skills training, parenting, and employment readiness. These services help reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning.
Engage in Crisis and Reentry Support
HOPE’s Peer After-Care Team (PACT) connects with individuals within 24 hours of a crisis to assist transitions from inpatient care to the community. The center collaborates with law enforcement and families to support those reentering from the criminal justice system. Through the Arizona State Opioid Response (SOR) Grant, HOPE also provides outreach and Peer Support for adults with Opioid Use Disorder to improve treatment and recovery.
