A boutique, luxury outpatient treatment center in Norwood, Massachusetts, Grand Rising Behavioral Health serves adults across Greater Boston through partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. It treats mental health and addiction together, with dual-diagnosis care for co-occurring conditions, providing structure after detox or hospitalization or when weekly therapy isn't enough. Joint Commission accredited, the center offers free benefit verification and requires no referral to start.

Move Through a Full Continuum of Care

Grand Rising offers a full continuum of outpatient care. Its PHP is the most structured level, meeting 5 days a week for about 5 hours a day, with group therapy, individual sessions, and psychiatric services built into each day. The IOP provides 3 to 5 days a week at a lower intensity, designed to fit alongside part-time work, and a short-term outpatient (OP) phase supports the step down back to a community provider. Day and evening options accommodate working adults, and care is available in person or via telehealth across Massachusetts.

Heal Through Evidence-Based, Personalized Therapies

Care is delivered by licensed clinicians in small groups, combining cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and trauma-informed care with psychiatric medication management. Substance use treatment and relapse prevention are led by a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC-I), and EMDR is provided by experienced trauma-informed clinicians. Grand Rising also offers movement and dance therapy with a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) to support emotional regulation and healing.

Recover in a Boutique, Hospitality-Inspired Setting

Grand Rising's environment is designed to feel warm, calming, and welcoming rather than clinical, more like a boutique hotel than a treatment center. Bright, comfortable, and private spaces help clients feel at ease, with concierge-level, hospitality-first service from the very first call.

Plan for Lasting Recovery

Before clients complete treatment, Grand Rising helps each person secure appropriate aftercare to support continuity of care and long-term recovery. Depending on individual needs, this may include referrals to outpatient therapy, substance use services, psychiatry, and community supports.
