About Gallus Detox Centers
Since 2011, Gallus Detox Center has been a medically monitored detox facility. They use a medical detox process program that was developed by founder Dr. Patrick Gallus. A typical length of stay can range from 3-7 days depending on what substance a client is detoxing from. Upon admission, clients receive a full bio-psycho-social assessment. Clients are allowed to keep their cell phones and computers. Each facility has a nursing and medical tech staff available to offer emotional and physical support through the stay. The treatment team is unique in that it is composed of doctors and nurses with extensive critical care backgrounds including ICU experience that allows them to respond to any emergencies. Gallus Detox Center has substance abuse counselors that help clients plan aftercare. Clients can transition from Gallus Detox Center into residential treatment, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient program, or a sober living facility. Gallus Detox Center uses evidence-based therapy to help begin the process of recovery therapies. Other therapies that are used include massage therapy, animal therapy, and medication-assisted therapies. Gallus Detox Center is accredited by the Joint Commission. Gallus Detox Center works with most major insurances.
Gallus Detox Center is located in a comfortable and quiet suburban home. The homes are designed to be a complete contrast to the hospital atmosphere. Every client has a private room with a comfortable bed, HDTV, and WiFi access. Gallus Detox Center provides catering services from local high-end restaurant menus.
