About Encinitas Detox Center
Located in the San Diego area, Encinitas Detox Center offers a residential detox program from alcohol, benzodiazepines, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, opioids, prescription drugs, synthetic drugs, and various other substances. They host 5 clients at a time and can accommodate dietary needs or other special requirements. Treatment includes individual and group counseling with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), daily and weekly excursions, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EDMR). Depending on individual preferences, they facilitate either the 12-Steps program or an alternate program like self management and recovery training (SMART) or the Buddhist Refuge Recovery.
