Each room is clean and has thoughtful decor throughout. Private rooms are available, and these have their own kitchen space along with all the tools needed to prepare healthy, nutritious meals. The outside is just as tranquil with sunny, open outdoor spaces making it easy for clients to engage with peers or relax by the pool. Other amenities include a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pit, a comfortable outdoor lounge area overlooking the lake as well as on-site internet.
Zinnia Health Deerfield Beach develops individualized treatment plans that highlight the client’s strengths, attributes, beliefs, and experiences. The length of the treatment is also determined by the client's specific needs and can range from 30-90 days. Evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy combined with family involvement, group therapy, and family and marriage counseling if needed. Most individual sessions last 50 minutes while group therapy may last longer. Holistic therapies are also offered in the form of meditation, art and music therapy, experiential therapy, and yoga.
