For this reason, they provided family dinners every week, internet-assisted schooling, recuperation tracking, and exercise facilities. Adults and their loved ones can receive inpatient and outpatient therapy for mental health issues and addiction at Woodland Springs, a 96-bed behavioral health institution.
Woodland Springs treats mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, suicidality, bipolar, ADHD, psychosis, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD. Their specialized treatment opportunities include ECT therapy, an age-specific track for adolescents ages 13-18, and stand-alone licensed mental health care. Their treatment therapies include art therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), CBT, DBT, expressive arts, and mindfulness-based (MBCT). Woodland Springs is Joint Commission accredited and accepts public and private insurance.
