Windward Way Recovery also offers medically supervised drug and alcohol detox services. They have a wide variety of evidence-based methods for their residential services, including 1-on-1 therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the 12-Step program, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Their holistic methods include meditation therapy, physical fitness therapy, and yoga therapy. They believe addiction can take away from their clients’ life goals, so they also interweave critical life skill lessons into their clients’ schedules. Some of these courses are marriage and family counseling, academic and career counseling, and chemical dependency counseling.

Zinnia Health Newport Beach Way has a 5-phase treatment program, which starts with the first step of detox to rid the body of any harmful substances.
