Build to bring recovery into daily life, Sobio provides therapist-led substance use treatment that combines weekly therapy with daily recovery coaching, all from the comfort of home. They provide a 12 week online rehab program for alcohol, opioid, fentanyl, stimulant, methamphetamine, cocaine, and cannabis use disorders. Clients start care within 48 hours and the program complements residential rehab or sober living when a higher level of care is needed.

Create Stability with Guided Care

Treatment is led by licensed therapists and dedicated recovery coaches keep support active in between weekly sessions. Therapists help clients recognize patterns, address underlying issues, and adapt treatment regimens as recovery progresses. Recovery coaches check in daily, provide coping guidance, hold them accountable and encourage them throughout the week. Shared care plans, progress tracking, weekly summaries, and risk alerts help the care team monitor changes, respond early when needs change, and keep treatment aligned with each client’s goals.

Flexible Recovery Support from Home

Clients can choose between 3 program plans that include, Sobio Core, Sobio Plus, and Sobio Pro based on the level of support they need. Every plan includes individual therapy, recovery coaching, secure messaging, care planning, and progress tracking, while higher-tier plans add family or couples sessions, additional coaching, and more frequent therapist contact. If a client needs a higher level of care, Sobio helps coordinate referrals to inpatient treatment or sober living and pauses billing until they are ready to resume virtual care. The program is private pay, accepts HSA and FSA funds, and currently serves clients in California, Florida, New York, and North Carolina.
