Focused on treating opioid and alcohol use, Boulder Care delivers medication and recovery support entirely virtually through a secure smartphone app. Available to adults 18 and older, including pregnant people, the program lets patients access professional care from home, with no clinic visits or waiting rooms required. All they need is a smartphone and an internet connection. Boulder Care serves virtual care in Colorado, North Carolina, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, and Washington.

Start Care the Same Day

New patients can see a doctor the same day and have a prescription, such as Suboxone, sent to their local pharmacy in under an hour. In some states, Boulder Care also offers long-acting injections. Each patient gets a dedicated care team, including a Peer Coach with lived experience who provides support through every high and low. Regular video visits and messaging keep help available whenever a challenge arises.

Recover Without Judgment

Boulder Care meets people where they are, never removing patients for missed visits and never requiring complete sobriety. Instead of rigid rules, the program offers real, judgment-free support, with peer coaches who understand what patients are going through, helping them manage daily stress and celebrate small wins along the way.
