Valley Hope’s residential treatment center in Boonville, Missouri, offers evidence-based, comfortable residential addiction treatment just outside of Columbia. Valley Hope provides compassionate, patient-centered residential care managed by a team of clinical experts in a peaceful environment that supports healing and recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
Clinical Care
Patient are supported by a team of medical, clinical treatment and recovery experts to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health needs. Tailored treatment plans can include a variety of co-occurring services including medically-monitored detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual and peer therapies, family care, meditation, emotional wellness and more.

Valley Hope is a nonprofit program that offers affordable, accredited care and accepts most private insurance plans. Veterans and military service members can access treatment with no out of pocket costs through the VA. The Boonville residential center is recognized as a Cigna Center of Excellence. In addition, it is accredited by the Joint Commission and nationally rated in the top 10% of patient experiences by Press Ganey.
Campus and Recreation
Valley Hope of Missouri is in the peaceful community of Boonville, a relaxed, rural setting central Missouri off I-70, between St. Louis and Kansas City. In addition to the clinical care informed by 60 years of treating patients with addictions, the campus and center are designed for a healing experience conducive to achieving long-term recovery. Amenities include indoor and outdoor recreation areas, volleyball court, basketball court, chapel, and a communal dining room with three daily chef prepared meals to aid in physical healing. Patients have access to WIFI, TV and entertainment, and can use cell phones during their stay.
