About Satya Wellness Collective
Meaning “truth” in the Yogic tradition, Satya reflects the practice’s focus on living honestly and authentically while reconnecting with the mind and body. Satya Wellness Collective provides outpatient care for teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. In-person and telehealth sessions blend traditional talk therapy with body-centered care, while Walk & Talk Therapy brings counseling outdoors as clients walk with their therapist through Edmonds’ parks and waterfront trails.
Connecting the Mind and Body
Satya Wellness Collective takes an active, collaborative approach that helps clients look beyond what they understand intellectually and explore patterns that may still leave them feeling stuck. Depending on their needs, therapy can draw from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), EMDR, mindfulness, expressive arts, and somatic approaches. Clients can explore difficult emotions and past experiences, notice how their body responds to stress, reconnect with their own intuition, and find practical ways to feel more grounded in everyday life.
Extending Wellness Beyond Therapy
Beyond counseling, Satya provides Embodiment Facilitator sessions that use body-based and creative practices such as somatic experiencing, yoga, and dance healing. Their wellness retreats create space for reflection, movement, connection, and collective healing outside regular therapy sessions. Therapists and other helping professionals can also access clinical supervision and professional development, while organizations receive trauma-informed support for challenges such as workplace crisis and burnout.
