Reflect Seattle
About Reflect Seattle
With therapists who bring different specialties and lived perspectives, Reflect Seattle supports teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and life transitions through in-person in Capitol Hill and Ballard and virtual care across Washington. The practice also connects clients with therapists whose expertise includes in ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, neurodiversity, racial and intercultural identity, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. Clients attend 53-minute sessions tailored to their goals and preferences.
Therapy That Makes Room for Identity
Reflect Seattle takes an evidence-informed, socially conscious approach that considers each client’s relationships, culture, identity, and lived experiences. Therapists draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic practices, narrative therapy, and mindfulness based on individual needs. Some clinicians also specialize in gender-affirming, and poly-affirming care, while others focus on racial identity, intercultural experiences, spirituality, and identity development with clients.
Building Connection Beyond Therapy
The practice extends care beyond individual therapy through workshops, seminars, support groups, and its separate Community for Therapists. The team encourages connection, creativity, and ongoing learning while supporting self-expression through activities such as art and journaling. Its therapist community also gives mental health professionals a space to connect with other clinicians, share resources, continue learning, and strengthen their work.
