Located just outside of Viewpoint Park, Pacific Behavioral Healthcare treats adults and couples in Bellevue and offers telehealth across Washington and eligible PSYPACT states. Therapists address trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), betrayal, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, grief, relationship conflict, sexual concerns, compulsive sexual behavior, problematic pornography use, and pregnancy or postpartum concerns. Most individual sessions last 50 minutes, while couples and extended sessions may run longer. Administrative staff answer scheduling questions Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Individual, Couples, and Specialty Therapy
They provide individual therapy, couples counseling, sex therapy, betrayal trauma treatment, group therapy, and pregnancy and postpartum counseling. Depending on the therapist and concern, treatment may include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotionally focused therapy, Gottman-based therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing (MI). They also treat sexual pain, desire and intimacy concerns, infidelity, birth trauma, and problematic sexual behavior. Clients meet with therapists while continuing work, family responsibilities, and other parts of daily life.
Telehealth, Pricing, and Payment
Clients can attend sessions at either office or use telehealth when eligible. Individual therapy starts at $170 for a 50-minute session, couples therapy starts at $195, and group therapy starts at $75 for a two-hour session. Advanced doctoral trainees offer lower-cost individual sessions for $100 and couples sessions for $125. Pacific Behavioral Healthcare works as an out-of-network provider and gives clients superbills to submit for possible reimbursement. They accept credit cards, cash, checks, HSA, and FSA payments.
