Recognizing how cultural background, identity, and systemic experiences shape each person’s story, Lost and Found Therapy approaches care with curiosity and respect. They create a nonjudgmental environment where children (3+), adolescents, adults, and families across Washington State can access affirming, trauma-informed mental health care.

Access Care Across Different Life Stages

Lost and Found Therapy’s psychotherapy programs address anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma, grief, life transitions, interpersonal and family challenges, and neurodivergence. Children and teens can access play therapy for attachment issues, executive functioning difficulties, and low self-esteem. Adults can receive individual therapy through dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems therapy, somatic psychotherapy, and exposure and response prevention therapy.

Build Stronger Parent-Child Relationships

Parent consultation adds family-focused support for parents whose children receive therapy at the practice or elsewhere. Sessions address family needs, parenting skills, and strategies for strengthening the parent-child relationship while considering cultural factors, school environments, and systemic barriers.
