About Ellie Mental Health - Oregon - Beavercreek
The Ellie Mental Health office in Oregon City supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief and loss, stress, and other mental health concerns. A 4-person team offers individual, couples, and family therapy in person and through telehealth. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Their therapists also work with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients and address concerns involving relationships, family conflict, major life changes, and addiction.
Tailoring Therapy to Personal Needs
Ellie Mental Health Oregon City matches clients with a therapist based on their needs, preferences, and availability. Therapists support concerns ranging from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to anger, mood disorders, emotional distress, and behavioral concerns. Their team also works with clients navigating gender identity, men’s and women’s issues, parenting and co-parenting, blended families, divorce or separation, and other challenges affecting relationships and daily life.
Drawing From Diverse Approaches
Therapists tailor sessions rather than relying on a single treatment model. Depending on each client’s needs, they may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, person-centered, and psychodynamic approaches give therapists additional ways to shape care around each client’s experiences, relationships, and treatment goals.
