About Ellie Mental Health - Monrovia
The Ellie Mental Health Monrovia office on Mayflower Avenue brings 15 clinicians together, including licensed and associate marriage and family therapists, clinical social workers, and professional counselors. Clients from early childhood through older adulthood can work on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, and several therapists have specific experience with military families, LGBTQ+ clients, and survivors of sexual assault or domestic abuse.
Connect With Clinicians Across Languages and Cultures
Clients can pair with a therapist who offers sessions in English plus Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, Vietnamese, or Arabic, and many clinicians describe culturally responsive care in their bios. Methods across the team include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), art therapy, play therapy, and internal family systems.
Fit Appointments Around Work and School
The office opens 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, so sessions fit around work, school, and family commitments. Several therapists also offer online sessions, while others meet in person only. New clients can book through the Ellie scheduling page or call the office directly to ask about a first appointment.
