About Ellie Mental Health - Manchester
Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 and has grown to include clinics and franchises across the country. The organization began with a focus on destigmatizing mental health care and uses creativity and humor to help break down barriers that can make seeking therapy feel difficult.
Access Comprehensive Therapeutic Support
The Manchester clinic provides individual, couples, and family counseling in person and virtually through a culturally responsive care. Their therapists support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, eating disorders, neurodiversity, and relationship challenges. Care may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, somatic experiencing, art therapy, and play therapy. They also work with LGBTQ+ clients, veterans and military families, first responders, survivors of sexual assault, and clients seeking support for men’s or women’s concerns.
Access Flexible Therapy Options
The Manchester location also runs a grief group for adults ages 18 and older and a therapeutic yoga group for adults who have experienced trauma. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Clients can meet with therapists at the clinic or use telehealth, giving individuals, couples, and families flexible ways to fit counseling into their schedules.
