About Ellie Mental Health - Longmont
The Ellie Mental Health Longmont office on Main Street brings 10 clinicians together to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and addiction, with therapists who see children, teens, and adults. Most work with young people and families, while others focus on adults, couples, and men's concerns. Clients can browse each clinician's profile to find someone who fits their age, goals, and day-to-day life.
Match With Therapists Who Understand Young People
Most clinicians here see children, teens, or young adults, often alongside their families. Therapists use play, art, sand tray, and narrative approaches to help younger clients put big feelings into words, and several have experience with autism, sensory processing differences, and other neurodivergent needs. Some also offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care, giving young people an accepting space to explore identity and relationships.
Find Support for Trauma, Addiction, and Relationship Strain
Adults can work through trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship strain with clinicians trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). The clinical supervisor also works with men, service members, veterans, and their families, and several clinicians offer couples sessions for partners who want to communicate better. Sessions also address anger, stress, and grief.
Fit Appointments Into the Workday
The office opens Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., so clients can schedule around school and work. Sessions take place in person at the Main Street office, and at least one clinician also offers telehealth across Colorado. New clients can book online with a local therapist or call the office to ask about scheduling a first appointment.
