The intake process starts with a short assessment that helps the front desk match clients with therapists based on specialties and treatment style. Therapists integrate approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), biofeedback, play therapy, somatic experiencing, yoga/breathwork, existential therapy, Adlerian therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

Access Inclusive and Responsive Care

Ellie also addresses diverse client needs through affirming care, health-at-every-size (HAES) and intuitive eating approaches, autism and neurodiversity-focused support, postpartum and perinatal care, and culturally responsive services for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. They also work with first responders, service members, veterans and their families, and address gender-specific concerns affecting men and women. The clinic operates Monday to Sunday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
