Creating a more approachable path to care, Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 and has grown to include clinics and franchises across the country. The organization began with a focus on reducing barriers to mental health care and creating an approach that feels more approachable and connected to everyday life.

Build Progress Through Treatment

The Falmouth-50 Depot Road clinic provides outpatient counseling in person and virtually for individuals, couples, and families in Falmouth and the Greater Portland area. Conditions treated include anxiety, depression, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, chronic pain, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, addiction, grief, postpartum and perinatal concerns, neurodiversity, and relationship challenges. Their clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), biofeedback, and mindfulness-based therapy.

Ellie Mental Health - Falmouth is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. They support service members, veterans and their families, first responders, LGBTQ+ clients, women, men, survivors of sexual assault, and people in mixed-race and multicultural relationships. Additional focus areas include Health At Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, gender-affirming care, adoption and foster care, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing concerns, and nutrition services.
