About Ellie Mental Health - Concord
Along Tesson Ferry Road (Route 21) and near the I-270 highway connection, Ellie Mental Health operates in South County St. Louis, an established area with a concentration of healthcare and professional services. They make mental health care accessible through individual, family, couples, and marriage therapy. The 14-person provider team addresses a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, trauma, and eating disorders.
Choose From Evidence-Based Therapies
The intake process starts with a short assessment that helps the front desk match clients with therapists based on specialties and treatment style. Therapists integrate approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relational life therapy, play therapy, dance/movement therapy, animal assisted (canine) therapy, Adlerian therapy, child parent psychotherapy (CCP) and motivational interviewing (MI).
Access Inclusive and Responsive Care
Ellie also addresses diverse client needs through gender-affirming care, health-at-every-size (HAES) and intuitive eating approaches, autism and neurodiversity-focused support, postpartum and perinatal care, and culturally responsive services for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. They also work with first responders, service members, veterans and their families, and geeks through special interest-based therapy. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with Saturday appointments available by request.
