Their 10-person provider team addresses concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and life changes.
Choose From Evidence-Based Therapies
The intake process starts with a short assessment that helps the front desk match clients with therapists based on specialties and treatment style. Therapists integrate approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), discernment counseling, existential therapy, yoga/breathwork, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy and narrative therapy.
Access Inclusive and Responsive Care
Ellie also addresses diverse client needs through gender-affirming care, health-at-every-size (HAES) and intuitive eating approaches, autism and neurodiversity-focused support, postpartum and perinatal care, and culturally responsive services for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. They also work with first responders, service members, veterans and their families, and geeks through special interest-based therapy.
