Located east of Park Road Park, Ellie Mental Health Charlotte – SouthPark offers individual, couples, and family therapy in person and through telehealth. Therapists work with anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, grief, mood disorders, relationship problems, and major life changes. They are at 6115 Park South Drive, Suite 135, in Charlotte’s SouthPark area. They operate Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturday appointments available by arrangement.
Therapy Options and Approaches
Therapists may use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused CBT, internal family systems (IFS), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based therapy, play therapy, and attachment-based therapy. Individual sessions focus on the client’s specific mental health concerns and goals. Couples and family sessions address issues such as communication, conflict, and relationship difficulties.
Access and Payment
Clients can choose between office visits and telehealth, which allows them to continue treatment while managing work, school, caregiving, or other responsibilities. Evening hours provide additional scheduling options during the week. The SouthPark clinic accepts several commercial insurance plans, Medicare, TRICARE, VA Community Care, and self-pay.
