About Cornerstone Clinic
Founded with a shared vision to create a welcoming, integrative space for mental health and whole-body wellness, Cornerstone Clinic is a privately owned outpatient mental health practice in Wisconsin that combines psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, and nutrition counseling. A telehealth option is also available. The team works with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and substance use concerns.
Finding the Right Path Forward
Therapy options at Cornerstone Clinic include individual, group, family, and couples therapy. Clinicians use approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Some therapists also offer play therapy, art-based interventions, and trauma-focused care for children.
Nurturing Mind, Body, and Relationships
The clinic also addresses relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, and women’s health concerns. Couples may access the Gottman method or prepare/enrich relationship support, while nutrition counseling helps clients work on eating habits and wellness goals. Their integrative approach can bring together therapy, medication when appropriate, and nutrition support, with some clinicians also incorporating spiritual renewal and holistic wellness into care.
