The only program like this in the United States. This is the one. You will not regret it. It was life changing in so many ways. It's unexplainable, but trust your intuition. What is your life worth? The cost of your life is immeasurable. Individualized to your needs unlike other programs.

My experience at The Sanctuary was difficult and amazing in the most nurturing and healing way. I embraced every aspect of daily life: a beautiful private bungalow, fabulous farm to table meals, (taking daily supplements and cutting out processed foods and refined sugars), meditation, yoga, group education and therapeutic conversation, energy medicine, body work (massage), breathwork, Heart Math biofeedback, ecotherapy, ketamine ceremonial journeys, sweat lodge, scenic hikes, garden exploration, nutrition education, and a host of other activities. I was encouraged to dive deep into causes and conditions that caused me to create negative beliefs about myself. The combination of healing modalities opened my eyes to see where I created my suffering by holding on to beliefs that were not true anymore, and to see how my behaviors became self-sabotaging. After leaving Sanctuary, I continue my personal emotional, psychological and spiritual healing by continuing the practices which have become life- preserving habits. Staff are TRULY committed to each guest’s healing path, including sharing lunch and dinner daily, Sunday hikes in amazing Sedona, sweat lodge (optional), and simply hanging together. I have continued to meet weekly on zoom meetings with Sanctuary leaders and “guests” who have come before and since my stay close to a year ago. I HIGHLY recommend this life transforming experience to everyone considering healing from PTSD and mental health issues including addiction.
