About Stonegate Center Creekside
Founded in 2010, Stonegate Center Creekside is a mens-only addiction treatment center. Stonegate specializes in faith-based recovery. They integrate their client’s faith and value system with the addiction treatment program, allowing them to strengthen their faith as they develop life skills that will help sustain long-term recovery. Clients typically stay 45-90 days. Stonegate offers detox, residential, and aftercare. Medically-assisted detox is available for clients whose conditions warrant it. They incorporate 12-Step facilitation into their programs. Stonegate values client’s loved ones in the recovery process, so they have a family program with family workshops and educational groups. Stonegate places a strong emphasis on individual therapy, as well as holistic therapies like physical, mental and spiritual wellness in their wellness program. Another holistic therapy offered is equine therapy.
Located on a beautiful 125-acre ranch in Azle, Texas, Stonegate has an ideal campus for men to unwind and heal. They have comfortable living spaces, a fitness center, a ping pong table, and lots of outside lounge and roaming space. Nutrition is vital in the recovery process, so Stonegate has a nutrition planning program to make sure each client is getting the nutrients he needs. After the client’s time at Stonegate, treatment doesn’t just end there. They are able to offer a variety of different continuing care programs to ensure that the client stays on the right path to a happy, sober life. Stonegate is Joint Commission accredited, a NAATP member, and LegitScript certified. They accept private insurance.
