About Spero Center at the Meadows
This treatment center belongs to the behavioral healthcare Meadows model. This particular center offers an intensive inpatient program and a subsequent residential program for clients with severe mental health concerns. The stabilization portion of the program lasts for 7 days or less and allows clients to relax in a safe and secure environment. In this environment, clients stabilize through medication and self-regulation tools. The residential program is a gentle environment where custom treatment plans can be made. The clinical program includes process and educational groups, multiple individual sessions per week, trauma resolution work, neurofeedback and access to the Brain Center. In the Brain Center, clients have access to tools like neurofeedback, cranial electrotherapy stimulation, heart rate variability and other techniques to calm the brain and boost healing potential.
