Solstice Southwest is a mental health treatment center specializing in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, and other complex mental health conditions—while also supporting clients with co-occurring substance use when it’s part of the picture. Their care includes stabilization, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, and transitional living, giving clients a clear pathway from crisis to long-term stability.

Embrace Care that Looks at the Whole Life, Not Just Symptoms

At Solstice Southwest, treatment is built around comfort and dignity as much as clinical effectiveness. Their high-autonomy residential suites give clients the space they need to feel independence. On the clinical side, Solstice blends integrative psychiatry and functional medicine, meaning they look at lifestyle, nutrients, genetics, screen use, brain chemistry, and the whole body. And they include real-life details like gourmet meals and intentional routines so clients feel cared for.

Live with Autonomy while Still Fully Supported

Each 685-square-foot residential suite is shared by just four people and has its own kitchen, shower, microwave, and fridge, so clients have a little independence while they’re healing. The whole place is designed to be hospitality-first with a modern and comfortable design. Fresh, nutritious meals are served three times a day, plus snacks and drinks are available anytime clients want them.

Walk into the Next Chapter with Guidance

After doing the hard work of healing, Solstice Southwest makes sure clients don’t just walk out and go it alone. Whether they’re stepping into outpatient options or choosing their sober-living residence, they don’t just fade out of care. Clients can expect structure, connection, and people to cheer them on while they build their lives back up.

Learn the Skills that Help Solstice Families Heal
Learn the Skills that Help Solstice Families Heal
In “Solstice Advance: A Program for Families,” up to 3 members of a client’s family can attend a three-week intensive to learn skill-building and dialectical therapies alongside their loved one. Through this program, families experience hands-on training in how to rebuild communication, handle triggers, create healthier boundaries, and move together toward wellness.
Reset the Brain’s Pathways with TMS Support
Reset the Brain’s Pathways with TMS Support
At Solstice, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) offers a gentle, noninvasive way to “reset” the brain for people who feel stuck in cycles of depression, anxiety, or overwhelm. Using advanced MagVenture technology, TMS helps retrain the brain’s natural rhythms so mood and emotional balance can return, with noticeable improvements after a few sessions.
Strengthen Teens’ Abilities to Cope and Thrive
Strengthen Teens’ Abilities to Cope and Thrive
At Solstice Teen Academy, teens ages 12-18 dive into therapy while also getting to express themselves through art, music, yoga, and movement that help everything click. They keep up with school through academic support, so they don’t fall behind. And with a team who understands stress, impulsivity, anxiety, and overwhelm, teens learn skills that help them regulate emotions and make healthier choices.
Unlock the Power of Root-Cause Healing
Unlock the Power of Root-Cause Healing
Solstice supports the mind, body, and brain all at once by mixing natural supports like amino acids, herbs, and key nutrients with purpose-driven nutrition and luxury care. Instead of treating symptoms on the surface, Solstice looks for what’s really causing stress, burnout, or imbalance and helps clients rebuild their energy and emotional steadiness from the ground up.
