About The Loft Recovery
A men's sober living residence provides individuals recovering from substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions with a structured place to continue recovery. At The Loft Recovery, residents live in shared accommodations with an onsite gym, peer coaching, licensed professionals, and regular staff meetings that reinforce accountability and daily routines. Through the Restored Life Continuum of Care, residents can access day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient care, residential treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and aftercare. Eligible programs accept UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and other insurance plans.
Recovery Routines and Continued Care
Residents attend weekly onsite 12-Step meetings, participate in individual and group counseling, complete step work with peer counselors, and take part in weekly life skills sessions focused on cooking and meal planning. Community outings and recreational activities are incorporated into the program. When additional clinical support is needed, residents can also access cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused therapy, and psychological testing and evaluation.
