Customizable Programs
Sanctuary provides many therapies to engage every aspect of the human experience. Their licensed clinicians and staff members provide trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and eye movement therapy for clients who have been through traumatic or painful experiences. They can also provide art and music therapy, restorative yoga, biofeedback therapy, mindfulness and meditation. Patients can also benefit from recreational therapy such as visiting the tortoise sanctuary, hiking or nature excursions.
