About Sabalical
Located on the tropical island of Bali, Sabalical is a residential center offering upscale and holistic treatment for addictions, burnout, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Serving only 4 clients at a time, they provide bespoke and comprehensive treatment designed to meet the unique needs of each client. On a daily basis, clients participate in individual and group therapy sessions, psychoeducation seminars, and recreational activities. They offer nutritious meals, 12-Step meetings, and medication management as needed. Treatment includes complementary 5 day medical detox prior to the residential stay and 60 days of aftercare services with neuroscientist, Hannah Westphal.
An essential aspect of the Sabalical program is their holistic therapies and biohacking approach. Some of the biohacking methods they offer are red light therapy, cryotherapy, and neurofeedback. Sabalical also incorporates traditional Chinese medicine and psychology, traditional Balinese hypnotherapy, and waterfall treatments led by Bali’s top spiritual healers in their programming. They use the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model with artistic integration, which combines principles of neuroscience with somatic awareness and creative expression. All of these offerings are combined to offer a luxurious and effective treatment experience.
