About Revelare Recovery for Women
Revelare Recovery is tailored to meet the unique behavioral health needs of women-identifying clients in a safe and supportive environment. Their comprehensive outpatient programs address the distinct challenges women face in recovery from mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. Their program is grounded in compassionate empowerment, authentic connection, and courageous growth, helping women heal fully and reclaim their well-being.
Revelare Recovery combines acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused family therapy (EFFT) to provide clients with a powerful toolkit for lasting recovery. With a blend of individual and group therapy sessions, clients develop healthier thought processes, emotional regulation, communication, and a renewed sense of purpose in their recovery journey.
Revelare’s outpatient clinic is designed to create a nurturing environment, aligning with research showing that physical design influences treatment outcomes. Warm colors, soft lighting, and comfortable furnishings foster emotional safety and belonging, crucial for women in recovery. Beyond aesthetics, Revelare Recovery is committed to being an inclusive environment, providing an affirming space for all women-identifying and LGBTQ+ clients seeking treatment.
From the beginning of each client’s stay, Revelare Recovery starts identifying resources and support systems the client may need post-treatment, including existing or new providers. About a month before discharge, they collaborate with the client to create a concrete plan that meets the client’s goals, needs, and preferences, ensuring they feel heard and empowered in their continued recovery journey.

Revelare Recovery provides gender-specific addiction treatment designed to address women’s unique concerns, including body image, trauma, and power dynamics in relationships. This specialized care helps women build new healthy habits and feel more comfortable opening up about their experiences in an emotionally safe space free from triggers.
Revelare offers a range of services that cater to women’s mental health needs. They provide evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, DBT, and EFFT, along with nutritional education and yoga therapy. Their trauma-focused approach integrates eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) as needed, helping clients heal from past trauma and understand its connection to their behavior.
Revelare Recovery encourages a healthier relationship with exercise and movement through trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and somatic experiencing, helping clients process and release trauma stored in the body. They also incorporate sound bath therapy, which uses specific sound frequencies to adjust brain waves, promoting deep relaxation and emotional balance.
For clients with eating disorders, Revelare provides the foundation for a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. They take the focus off rigid calorie-counting with a “plate-by-plate” strategy that teaches clients how to nourish their bodies intuitively. Clients work closely with dietitians, preparing meals in supervised, communal settings to build mindful habits and essential life skills.
