Yellow Wood Recovery offers several evidence-based therapy approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and trauma specific therapy. Clients also participate in daily fitness and wellness activities, creative arts, and morning meditation. Groups include life skills, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention strategies. Gender-specific groups and focus groups for trauma, grief, and healthy relationships are also available.
