Located in Kissimmee, this residential reentry center is part of The Transition House’s network of recovery programs supporting adults transitioning from incarceration, homelessness, or substance use. The program combines substance use recovery, mental health care, job training, and housing support to help participants rebuild their lives. Veterans may qualify for additional housing support and career assistance through the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program. Residents stay connected to outpatient services through Inspire Counseling, building long-term wellness even after program completion.
