About Riverside Recovery
Riverside Recovery of Tampa helps clients get back the life they love by treating substance use disorders with a full continuum of care. Services include medical detox, residential treatment, day/night (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient detox, and outpatient (OP) programs. In a serene waterfront setting, clients receive high-quality treatment and compassionate support that build a strong foundation for lasting recovery and connection.
Overcome Challenges With Evidence-Based and Holistic Therapies
Treatment at Riverside combines clinical expertise with therapies proven to support long-term healing. Clients benefit from trauma-informed care, 12-Step facilitation, EMDR, talk therapy, and family counseling, along with experiential methods such as art, music, and recreation. These approaches address root causes, help heal emotional wounds, and empower individuals to grow stronger in both mind and spirit throughout recovery.
Recover Comfortably in a Modern, Serene Environment
Riverside’s massive 60,000-square-foot campus puts everything clients need for a full continuum of care right under one roof. Residents stay in comfortable, light-filled rooms with private bathrooms, and plenty of storage, while enjoying wholesome meals catered in every day. The calming waterfront setting gives individuals a peaceful place to clear their heads, plus access to an outdoor pool, a full-size gym, an indoor basketball court, yoga, and even fishing right on the river.
Stay Connected Through Ongoing Alumni Support
Because life after treatment demands support, discharge planning starts on day one. The team works throughout each client’s stay to set them up with sober housing and connect them with primary care doctors or psychiatrists to keep their medications on track. If there is a service Riverside doesn’t offer on-site, they will find someone who does. They also offer local events and a tight-knit community so graduates get the built-in accountability and support they need.
