About Recovery Nexus
Recovery Nexus is a luxury recovery residence with a Pikes Peak backdrop, serving up to 17 men at a time. Their in-house clinical team, hands-on experiential programming, and intentional focus on real-world reintegration create an environment where young men don’t just get sober—they build a life.
Grow Through Outdoor Challenges and Proven Therapies
Recovery Nexus believes growth happens when clients are fully engaged in life, so experiential therapy is the cornerstone of their program. They curate inspiring experiences across the Rocky Mountains to help men explore and process unresolved emotional issues. They also use evidence-based therapies like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to target the “big three”—boredom, burnout, and trauma—as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and family therapy. They prepare men for real life in recovery through job readiness, education planning, and real-world experiences that make a fulfilling sober life tangible.
Stay Where Fun and Purpose Meet
Recovery Nexus spans 5+ acres of lush pines and open meadows in the Kingswood neighborhood. The estate features ample space to relax including a movie theater, game room, and hot tub overlooking mountains. Every client enjoys their own queen-size bed, whether in a private or shared bedroom. Clients gather for chef-prepared meals using locally sourced ingredients. A fitness center, putting green, and basketball court provide space for recreation on-site, while local outings like golf, go-karts, and live music show how much fun sobriety can be.
Maintain Sobriety with Aftercare and Alumni Support
Before clients leave, Recovery Nexus personalizes an aftercare plan to each man’s needs. They’ll connect clients with local or online resources such as transitional housing, mental health services, or support groups like 12-Step programs. Their alumni program ensures connection and accountability continue long after graduation through ongoing check-ins, community events, and peer mentorship.
