Peachtree Detox supports clients through medically supervised detox while introducing therapies that continue into residential care. During detox, clinicians monitor vitals and symptoms, adjust medications, and provide emotional support. One-on-one therapy sessions use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to explore triggers, strengthen coping skills, and address underlying causes of addiction. Clients learn practical strategies to manage stress and cravings and minimize the risk of relapse.

On the outskirts of Atlanta, Peachtree Detox’s campus offers modern furnishings and amenities. Clients stay in shared bedrooms and enjoy a flexible technology policy. Delicious, catered meals support clients’ nutritional needs, and snacks and beverages are always available to ensure clients stay energized and satisfied. There is a serene outdoor area where clients can enjoy the fresh air, take a moment to reflect, or engage in light physical activity.
Maintain Sobriety with a Safety Net
Peachtree partners with partial hospitalization programs (PHP) to help clients transition between 24/7 care and fully independent living. PHPs offer consistency, structure, and clinical depth without requiring on-site living. Clients attend treatment most of the day, several days per week, and return home or to sober living in the evenings. Peachtree also develops aftercare plans that include multiple forms of support, ranging from regular check-ins to peer support groups.
