Kentucky Recovery Center uses individualized treatment planning, 1-on-1 therapy, group therapy, family counseling, relapse prevention planning, and dual diagnosis support to address the physical, emotional, psychological, and behavioral sides of recovery. Trauma-informed care, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and 12-Step principles may support deeper clinical work.
