About Iranistan House
Iranistan House is a psychiatric residential rehabilitation facility run by Recovery Network of Programs. It serves adult men and women living with psychiatric disorders and substance use disorders. The program emphasizes evidence-based, person-centered and strength-based practices to guide rehabilitation and recovery.
Strength-Based Recovery Care
Iranistan House provides supervised residential care in a community-based, non-hospital setting for individuals who meet the criteria of medical necessity. Services include structured support for self-care, daily living skills training, and helping residents increase their independent-living abilities. The facility offers 24/7 staff supervision, individual and group services, and rehabilitative programming focused on daily living and personal stability.
Community Based Residential Treatment
Iranistan House is described as a transitional living or group-home style residence — typically an 8-bed group home for adults with severe and persistent psychiatric disabilities who require supervised, community-based residence rather than hospitalization. The aim is to help residents gradually assume increased responsibility and independence, offering a bridge between intensive care and independent community living. As part of RNP’s broader continuum of care, Iranistan House contributes to the organization’s mission of supporting recovery for people facing mental health, substance use, and homelessness challenges.
