About Into Action Recovery - 100 Ave
A men-only inpatient drug and alcohol rehab program in Surrey, British Columbia, Into Action Recovery operates three residential treatment homes for adults struggling with alcohol use, opioid use, cocaine, fentanyl, prescription drug use, and repeated relapse. Men live on-site in structured housing where the day is built around scheduled treatment, peer accountability, and 12-Step recovery work. Since 2012, the program has focused on residential addiction treatment for men who need separation from daily triggers and unstable environments.
Accountability Through Daily Treatment
Into Action Recovery combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, group therapy, and 1-on-1 counseling within a mandatory residential schedule. Men complete intake assessments, attend daily addiction and wellness groups, and participate in relapse prevention planning and 12-Step integration throughout treatment. Staff also coordinate transition planning before discharge, while men needing medical detox must complete detoxification before entering the residential program.
What Men Do Each Day
Men begin the morning with check-ins before attending individual counseling, group therapy sessions, physical fitness activities, and evening recovery meetings. Men also participate in community support meetings, recovery assignments, walks, hikes, and supervised outings outside the residence. Into Action Recovery uses shared schedules and peer involvement throughout the day so men remain engaged in treatment instead of returning to routines connected to substance use.
