Treatment begins with a thorough clinical assessment rather than a preset program. A supervised stabilization phase, with detox support where clinically appropriate, gives way to work on the trauma, patterns, and pressures beneath the presenting condition, then consolidation of the practices and support that hold beyond the stay, all set by clinical need rather than a fixed calendar.

Receive Care Built Around One Person

Every therapeutic hour is one-to-one between a client and a clinician, never a group session. A personal physician, consultant psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, and dedicated nurse coordinate individual psychotherapy, somatic work, trauma-informed yoga and breathwork, acupuncture, massage, nutrition counseling, and naturopathic and integrative medicine into a single plan, treating burnout as a clinical condition rather than simple exhaustion.

The walled, Cypriot limestone estate sits directly on the Mediterranean, with beachfront gardens, a sea-view pool, and private suites reserved for no more than 12 clients at any time, supported on-site by a private chef and personal trainer. There is no public register of residents, and a stay is never confirmed to anyone the client has not authorized.
