Gender-Specific Groups

Florida Helps, also known as Evoke Wellness, in Coconut Creek, Florida provides gender-specific residential treatment for addiction in a relaxed, home-like environment. Medical detox, dual diagnosis, residential treatment, and outpatient programs are all available at Florida Helps. Florida Helps is a firm believer in personalized care. What works for one person may not work for someone else. As a result, upon admission, Florida Helps conducts an in-depth evaluation to assist the medical team in properly determining which therapy modalities will be the most effective.

A Full Continuum of Care

After detox, clients have the opportunity to enroll in a program that works best for their needs. Florida Helps offers 3 programs. Their residential treatment program, known as Clinical Stabilization Services, lasts a minimum of 28 days but can be adjusted based on personal progress. The dual diagnosis program is meant for those struggling with undiagnosed or untreated mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder. Treatment includes 1-on-1 counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), 12-Step facilitation, educational topics, gender-specific groups, art therapy, meditation, and yoga.

A Veterans Program

Florida Helps recognizes that Florida has the 3rd largest veteran population in the nation and has created a program specialized to the specific needs of service members. Florida Helps can treat addiction along with post traumatic stress (PTSD) and trauma using eye movement therapy (EMDR) and holistic services.

Recover in a Relaxed Setting

At the facility, patients will enjoy comfortable accommodations and delicious, healthy meals prepared by in-house chefs. Florida Helps is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
